Math 11 Assignment
Today's assignment: - Complete Exercises p. 354-355 #1-3, 6-7
I am having troubles on number 3. Everytime I work it out, my answer is different than the back of the book. It is very frustrating.

Remember to check (0,0) for each line. Though for x<=0 and y>=0 it's basically to the left or right of the line or above or below the line.
ReplyDeleteI should add, if (0,0) satisfies the solution then shade that region, otherwise shade the other region.
ReplyDeleteEr that should be if (0,0) satisfies the inequality.
