Alright so to help out the physics 11 students linked below are some places you can look for inspiration or ideas for your Rube Goldberg machine.
https://www.youtube.com/user/berlagawesome - Lots of machines and some tutorial videos.

The blog for Mr. Arocena's classes. Recorded here are assignments, quizzes, tests, projects and the current scores for all teams competing for the Arocena Cup. Occasionally I'll post something else too (most likely pertaining to education)

Halloween Egg Drop Pod Results!
Apologies for not posting anything in the last few weeks. Just keeps slipping my mind.
Anyways, this deserves a post. The results from the Halloween Egg Drop Pod lab!
First, only one drop pod did not make the first drop! And of the ones that did make the drop 3 of the 6 managede to survive the 2nd alternate drop. 2 of the 3 also came from Team Left so Team Left will earn a point in the Arocena Cup.
Pictures of everyone with their drop pods are here (I made comments about each pod too): https://goo.gl/photos/G7cgAfbdzngxx5qq5
